Three good games (I)

Today we want to start a new section in the blog. We will talk about three good games that you should play if you have time. In most of the cases wi will not talk about new releases or actual games, wi will mostly talk about ald games or indie pearls. We hope that you like our choices and that you send us games that you really enjoyed.

Spyro the dragon (1998)

Spyro the dragom is a game that was released for Playstation in 1998. It is one of the greatest 3D platformers of its generation. In this game you take control of Spyro, a little dragon who has to travel through different world in order to save all the other dragons who have been frozen by Gnasty Gnorc.

This is one of the first platformers for Playstation that layed the groundwork for the genre. The mechanics are pretty simple but infinitely entertaining at the same time, you will spend lots of hours running and jumping around trying to complete the 120% of the game. Yes, this is one of those old games where you will complete the main story easily but you will need time and ability in order to complete all the challenges that the game presents. If you have time, this is one of the games that we highly recommend to play.

Wario Land II (1998)

Yes, we jump the first episode of Wario Land to go directly to the sequel. Wario Land II was released in 1998 for the Game Boy Color. The protagonist of the game is one of the most popular, and funny, characters from Nintendo. In this game Wario has to recover his treasure from a band of pirates who stoled it from him.

This game is one of the best 2D platformers of the Nintedo portable console. It is a kind of funnier and more adult version of the Mario games but it with some differences. In Wario you don't have to go forward until the end of the level, in this game levels are more complex and you have to explore the whole level and go back and forth in order to complete each level. A really entertaining game that is worth to be played.

Silver (1999)

This is one of our favourites PC rpgs of all time. The game was released for pc in 1999, it was also released for Sega Dreamcast. In this game we take control of David, a warrior who has to save his girlfriend and the world of Jarrah from the evil sorcerer Silver. During the game different characters will join our team, every character has different abilities. The game received great critics and had really good graphics for its times.

The game is a rpg were you control one character and two more characters follow you controled by the AI. You have the posssibility to equip weapons, armors, shields, magic, etc. The mechanics of the game work really well and it is very easy to atack, throw some magic or move the character, only with the use of the mouse. It contains hours of gameplay and is totally worth to complete the game. Right now it can be bought on steam and we encourage you to give it a try.
